1 out of 5 starsAfter many lovely experiences on etsy I am sad to say that this was a very unpleasant one. I ordered on May 20th, when the earrings weren't shipped several weeks later the seller ignored my queries, wasn't truthful when I opened a non delivery case with etsy, then said she would 're'-send the item and also refund the money in order to 'protect her shop' from a negative review. I stressed that I did not want the money; the items were marked 'dispatched' but have not arrived and again the seller doesn't communicate.

Costumer recived full refund month ago!!! I have no control on post office services

If you didnt like the package you can replace it but the item arrive in good quality and shape as described. Package is no reason to leave negetive feedback

Please cancel the feedback-you got full refund for the package that was lost and costumer even didnt pay insurance.
